What was your first job in the realty industry?
MHI (Pioneer Homes, Plantation Homes & Coventry Homes) for 13 years as a sales counselor and sales manager for local and national home builders.

Oshkosh, WI

What is your favorite free-time activity?
Watching our kids play sports.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
We ride our Harley’s.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
Own my own business.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure(living or not), who would it be and why?
Zig Ziglar. He changed my life.

Luckenbach, TX.

What do you love most about the industry?
It’s always changing, and helping people get what they want.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
13 years selling new construction homes and having to deal with Realtors on a daily basis. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
OK, you asked so don’t shoot the messenger- dealing with incompetent Realtors.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
We don’t. We generate over 200 leads a month via Interent.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Co-authored a national best selling book on real estate, and having professional athletes as clients.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
Lone Survivor.

What is your favorite restaurant?
Too many to choose.

What kind of car do you drive?
2014 Buick Lacrosse.
