Anderson Properties Merges with Prudential Reyes-Planka

Anderson Properties has merged with Prudential Reyes-Planka to form Prudential Anderson Properties.

Anderson Properties has merged its operations with Alvin, Texas-based Prudential Reyes-Planka, Realtors, according to BRER Affiliates Inc., the Brookfield Residential Property Services company and that owns the Prudential Real Estate franchise network.

As a result of the deal, Anderson Properties, which was founded in 1980, will add Prudential Reyes-Planka agents to its sales force and operate 10 offices in the greater Houston area as Prudential Anderson Properties.

Mike Huff, the broker/owner of Prudential Anderson Properties, said the merger sets the office up well for the future.

“We are a growth company and this transaction positions us nicely for the future,” Huff said. “Our new Prudential affiliation gives us access to the industry finest resources and we will be unstoppable.

“When you take our sales team and markets, and combine them with the prestige of the Prudential name, you really have a compelling offering,” he continued. “We’ll be there for even more clients and for real estate professionals who want to supercharge their careers.”
