Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene recently welcomed four new agents to its Inner Loop office. Realtors Martina Shirey, Gerald A. Thiel, Charles A. Wheeler and Hermione White are now a part of the Gary Greene team. The firm is excited for its newest Realtors and looks forward to their future accomplishments with BHGRE.

“Each of the agent’s expertise and astonishing commitment to clients are important attributes for the Gary Greene team,” said JJ Molaison, Manager of the BHGRE Gary Greene Inner Loop office. “I’m happy to welcome four talented realtors to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.”

Martina Shirey is a Houston native and has extensive knowledge of the city and neighboring areas. She started her real estate career four years ago and prides herself on searching for the perfect home for each individual client. She uses her 35 years of experience living in Houston to help make the homebuying experience more enjoyable for her clients.

“I’m always ready to help my clients find the ideal home in the best neighborhood. Whether it’s in the Inner Loop, Bellaire, the Heights or anywhere in between, I know where the new and exciting places are to set up a homestead,” said Shirey.

Gerald A. Thiel received experience in the real estate industry starting at the young age of 16, when he managed his family’s rental properties. He later explored development opportunities in Europe, where he gained important skills to be successful in the industry. After re-locating to Houston, Thiel aided his father in entrepreneurial pursuits, which expanded his knowledge and experience of lucrative financing strategies, acquisition and partnership.

Thiel said, “I’ve always had a passion for real estate. I pass by a property wondering who built it, how much it’s worth or what it could develop into. It’s my pleasure to share my experience in real estate with my clients and help them identify investment properties or find their dream home.”

Charles A. Wheeler served 26 years in the Texas Army National Guard prior to starting his career in real estate. Before retiring his previous position, Wheeler learned basic skills that are necessary to succeed in real estate. For example, he acquired listening, leadership and personal management skills that transfer over seamlessly to homebuying and selling.
“I enjoy meeting and working with people who come from different cultures and backgrounds. My personality traits combined with the training I’ve received convinced me that this industry is a good fit for me,” said Wheeler.

Hermione White practiced dentistry in her own private practice prior to joining BHGRE. White has a fine attention to detail that she applies to her real estate career. She also volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Houston.

“As far as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with homes, architecture and décor. What sets me apart from others is my goal to find the property with the perfect fit for my clients,” said White.

BHGRE is comprised of 21 offices in Houston and surrounding areas and more than 900 agents. With their combined skills in real estate, including attention to detail, customer service and market knowledge, Shirey, Thiel, Wheeler and White will make for an excellent match to the Better Home and Gardens Gary Greene Inner Loop office.
