These returning buyers still need to feel confident with their own job situation, the general economy, etc before they are ready to purchase.

These returning buyers will likely be much more conservative in their approach to home ownership and might even be reluctant considering what they recently went through. Realtors will have to remind them of all the positive reasons for home ownership and be patient as these buyers come back into the markets.
