Gary Greene, Realtors Joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Owner Marilyn Eiland on ‘Dynamic’ Change for Agents

Gary Greene, Realtors has announced what many suspected – it will be leaving Prudential and re-joining Better Homes.

After considerable anticipation and rumor, Gary Greene, Realtors has announced that it will be leaving Prudential Real Estate Services and re-joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

The firm will now operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, and the official rebranding of the firm will occur tomorrow.

Marilyn Eiland, one of Gary Greene’s owners, said the Better Homes network will provide the brokerage’s agents with a whole new array of services and tools for their businesses.

“Our decision to join the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network provides a positive change that enables our agents to take advantage of a dynamic brand,” Eiland said. “Our agents are excited to utilize the brand’s innovative technology and resources to target new customers and offer additional value to our clients.”

Gary Greene previously worked under the Better Homes franchise in the ’70s, and had been with Prudential since 2000.

Mark Woodroof, also an owner of Gary Greene, said the decision to leave Prudential for Better Homes was, if anything, strategic.

“Bringing our company into the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network was a strategic decision for us,” Woodroof said. “The brand will best support us in providing unparalleled consumer real estate experiences and company growth opportunities in the Greater Houston area.”

In addition to its Better Homes affiliation, Gary Greene is now an associate member of the Cartus Broker Network, a Realogy subsidiary that provides global employee relocation solutions serving the corporate, government and affinity markets.
