Gary Greene welcomes Realtor Bill Eddleman to its Inner Loop office.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene is pleased to welcome Realtor Bill Eddleman to its Inner Loop office.

Eddleman, a former financial and securities analyst, used to renovate and remodel houses inside the Loop. He has over 40 years of experience in accounting, investment analysis and management, and will be assisting clients with their real estate needs in West University Place, Bellaire, South Hampton and Afton Oaks.

“Buying a home is the largest financial transaction most families ever make,” J.J. Molaison, manager of the Gary Greene Inner Loop office, said. “Bill’s in-depth knowledge of both the financial market and Inner Loop real estate market makes him a tremendous asset for his customers and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.”

Eddleman was actually introduced to Gary Greene many years ago, when he was remodeling and selling homes in the Inner Loop.

“I was attracted to the professionalism and depth of service with which the company serves the public,” he said.

Besides being a Realtor, Eddleman works with several charitable organizations, including His Father’s Heart Ministry, which helps ex-offenders and their families rebuild their lives. He serves on the board as an advisory director and conducts a weekly group meeting at the Forge for Families in the Third Ward. Eddleman is also a member of the CFA Society of Houston and established the organization’s scholarship program for graduates looking to pursue a career in the securities industry.

Whether he was renovating a home, working with fixed-income securities or donating time to a local nonprofit, Eddleman has always been dedicated to helping others to improve their current situation, and is looking forward to continuing to do this at Gary Greene.

“I care about people and want to help them find a good home to fit their needs,” he said.
