Houston Agent Magazine’s Truth About Agents Survey

by Houston Agent

We want to know what’s really going on in the real estate industry. What are the hot-button topics today? And, most importantly, what’s really true about agents? Make your voice heard by taking our Truth About Agents survey. Everyone who fills out the survey will be entered for a chance to win a $100 AMEX gift card! But don’t worry – although we need your name so we can contact the winner of the drawing, all responses to this survey will be kept anonymous. This survey will take you less than 10 minutes to fill out – what are you waiting for?

Also, though we welcome reader comments, don’t forget to take the survey before sharing your comments! You’ll only be entered into the drawing by filling out the survey.

I am new to real estate, just got my license in December. I interviewed with several independent AND name brand brokers before deciding on Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties. Anderson Properties has several offices placed strategically throughout the Houston area and offices in Austin and Lubbock; all of which I am welcome to work from, but I work out of the Katy, TX office. AWESOME work environment, company culture & broker support!

I am still a believer in meeting and talking to prople in person, still think that it is the best way to communicate with my sphere of influence, for msrker information I use emails and printed Neighborhood Newsletter.

    I am hoping for a great 2014.

Hopefully more homes will come on the market this Spring – otherwise demand is going to drive prices up even more this year.

2013 was best year ever. And yes, due to shortage of properties and higher # of people moving here, prices in 2014 will continue to increase and multiple offers. The 10% dn buyers are not going to get the properties they want in multiple offer situations. Cash talks.

I work by referral only. I’m very thankful to my past clients who refer me to their family and friends. I work all over Houston and surrounding areas. I never turn down referrals. If they can’t get qualified, I work with them until they do. I have an amazing loan officer, that helps a lot!

  • Anthony says:
