Houston Association of Realtors named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Realtor, Jennifer Wauhob, one of HAR’s 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate.

HAR is an online site that connects home sellers, buyer and renters with REALTOR® and prides itself on providing the most comprehensive Houston real estate listings and local data. The company recognizes 20 Houston-area real estate professionals annual who possess his or her own unique set of experience, philosophies and commitments.

HAR’s 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award is awarded to young professionals 40 years of age or under. Wauhob’s excellence in sales, leadership and community service landed her amongst the recipient of the award this year.

Wauhob began her real estate career four years ago with BHGRE Gary Greene. The company is a leading Houston residential real estate brokerage that has listed more homes, sold more listings and closed more transactions than any other brokerage in Houston. Wauhob was humbled by HAR’s recognition of her work with BHGRE Gary Greene.

Wauhob has been recognized before, as the winner of the Better Homes and Gardens Silver Award in 2013, for her outstanding performance as a real estate professional. Outside of real estate, Wauhob is a mother of two daughters, an active member of the Houston Junior League and a member of the Second Baptist West where she sings on the Praise Team.

Recipients of the award will be honored at HAR’s fourth annual awards celebration to be held on Sept. 22, 2014 at the Bayou City Event Center. The Keynote Speaker is HAR CEO Bob Hale who will be speaking on disruptive innovation in the real estate industry.
