Market is hard right now. Have to work harder or settle for leases.
The market is getting much tighter. There are more than enough homes on the market for sale, but without qualified Buyers it doesn’t matter. I fear the shadow inventory may hit the market & make it even more difficult for Seller’s.

I have the tools to upgrade myself as I present myself to tech savvy clients. Now I just need to learn how to apply them and learn how to use all the apps on my phone and i-pad.
