More Than a Third of Houston Home Sales Still All-Cash

All-cash sales still remain quite prevalent in the U.S. housing market, especially here at home.

A hefty 34 percent of home sales in the Houston area were all-cash transactions in April, according to exclusive analysis from CoreLogic, the real estate data and analytics company.

That’s perfectly consistent with a 37 percent national average, according to data CoreLogic recently published on its website.
