Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene is pleased that nine of its agents and one team were recognized on REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal’s list of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals” last month. The list includes four categories and BHGRE Gary Greene agents topped 3 of them—Individual Agents by Sales Volume, Individuals by Transaction Sides and Teams by Transaction Sides.

In order to qualify, individuals needed more than 50 sides or $20 million in closed sales volume and teams required more than 75 closed sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. Of the individuals by transaction sides that received the honor is Shad Bogany from the Bellaire Market Center office, who made it into the top 100 at No. 64. Also recognized for this category was Rebekah Snipp, Moira Holden, Cathey Granello, Brad Carlson and Rebecca Nelson.

Two Gary Greene agents not only qualified for the category mentioned above, but were also ranked on the list of Top 250 Individuals by Sales Volume. Those who qualified for both include Moira Holden at No. 30 with more than $38.3 million in sales volume and Cathey Granello at No. 129 with $22.2 million. Robyn Brand, Dan McCarver and Brad Fleming were also listed in this category.

The Alinda Martin Team represents BHGRE Gary Greene for Teams by Transaction Sides at No. 175 with 100 closed transactions. The Alinda Martin team works out of Friendswood/ League City and is led by Alinda Martin, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience at the company.

Not only do each of these agents embody dedication, hard work and customer service, but they also know what it takes to excel in this industry. “We’re extremely proud of all of our agents who are part of this prestigious national ranking. Their hard work, dedication and commitment to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and their clients is showcased through this recognition,” said Christine Johnson, director of marketing and brand strategy for BHGRE Gary Greene. She also added, “They understand that in order to be the best, they have to be better.”
