What Would Batman’s Batcave Sell For?

Batman's home would be pretty sweet…but would he throw in the Batmobile, as well?

By Stephanie Sims

Since The Dark Knight Rises opened Friday at theaters, we thought this infographic from Movoto about how much Batman’s home would be worth in today’s market was appropriate.

Using a game from the ’90s, Movoto estimated the size of the estate, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and its value: if it were on the market today, Wayne Manor would be worth $32,100,000. It would include 11 bedrooms, 7 baths, and have a total square footage of 42,500. The amenities include a pool, gym, library, ballroom, gallery and, of course, the Batcave, the multi-leveled, high-tech hideout for Batman with cave-front water access.

And while Batman lives in the fictional city of Gotham City (and when the comic first came out, he actually lived in New York City until it was changed to Gotham), what do you think the Batcave would sell for if it were located in Houston? Check out Movoto’s infographic below detailing how they got the value they did for the Batcave.
