Real estate firm i3 Interests is developing a mixed-use project to be called Telge Crossing two miles off the Barker Cypress exit of U.S. Highway 290. The project will occupy 24 acres of land and include 15,000 square feet of retail, 12,000 square feet of medical office space, and 303 high-end apartment units, according to an article in the Houston Business Journal

“Cypress is a suburb that has great demographics, highly rated schools and continues to see job and population growth,” Matt Maglothin, senior vice president of i3, said. “The mixed-use component of our development only enhances our site, with the commercial serving as a gathering place for both our residents and the community.”
