Cathy Treviño joins Side as managing broker
Side real estate brokerage has tapped industry veteran Cathy Treviño to serve as managing broker of its Texas operations.
Treviño, formerly with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where she was the Houston area president, will oversee the expansion of Side’s partnerships across the state while supporting agent partners in establishing, growing and developing its own boutique agencies.

Treviño’s appointment follows Side’s September 2019 expansion into Texas.
Keller Williams opens two new master franchises in Honduras and Turks and Caicos
Keller Williams is expanding across Latin American and the Caribbean, with new offices in Honduras and Turks and Caicos.
Both master franchises are currently initializing operations. The launch in Honduras is being led by Regional Operating Principal Raul Martinez, while Regional Operating Principal Terry Meneley is leading the launch in Turks and Caicos.

NAHB names Texas developer Robson Communities Builder of the Year
The National Association of Home Builders has named Texas developer Robson Communities as Builder of the Year during the recent 2020 Best of 55+ Housing Awards.
The annual awards program held during the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, honors excellence and innovation in the design, development, lifestyle and marketing of housing that appeals to the mature market.
“Robson Communities provides beautiful and thoughtfully designed homes that offer a variety of opportunities that are important to 55+ home buyers,” said Karen Schroeder, chair of NAHB’s 55+ Housing Industry Council.
