Industry veteran Hedley Karpas is now affiliated with Compass in Houston. Karpas, previously an agent with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, has amassed a sales volume of over $600 million throughout his decades-long career.

Karpas entered the residential real estate world while in college at the University of Texas at Austin and founded Karpas Properties in 1991. The brokerage merged with Martha Turner Properties in 2008.
