Juan Diaz has over a decade of real estate experience, and as a Realtor with RE/MAX Top Realty, he never fails to deliver superior results, sophisticated service and a smooth experience. Working with buyers and sellers within the Pearland, Missouri City, League City, Alvin, Manvel, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Houston, Medical Center and Southbelt/Ellington markets, Diaz especially enjoys working with residential home sellers and commercial business owners.

Before entering real estate in 2005, Diaz worked in hospitality for six years. Starting at the Hilton Houston Plaza as a senior in high school, he accelerated through the ranks, ultimately becoming the restaurant shift supervisor and schedule maker. “My time in the hospitality industry definitely prepared me for having to do business and communicate effectively with all types of people,” he says, adding that he decided to make the switch over to real estate in order to start fresh with a new challenging and rewarding career.

Diaz is an Accredited Commercial Professional, a Military Relocation Professional and has certifications from At Home with Diversity and e-PRO. “An e-PRO certification shows consumers that you are willing to go the extra mile to provide the most up-to-date service,” he says. “Applying advanced technologies and social media strategies to your business plan expands your capabilities beyond those of your peers.” Diaz is also bilingual, which enables him to work with clients from a variety of cultures.

Diaz is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He is a weekly volunteer at Antioch Community Church in Houston, and enjoys traveling and watching sports in his free time.
