One of Sherry Campbell’s main motivations as an agent is to provide personalized experiences for her clients. As a top-producing broker and owner of Energy Realty, Campbell offers in-depth services for everyone from first-time buyers to luxury sellers in the greater Houston community.
After living abroad in Africa and France, Campbell became passionate about working with relocation clients who are coming from outside of the United States. “I understand the needs of clients relocating from other countries, and the local laws that may affect them,” says Campbell, adding that she is fluent in French. Her team also works to provides relocation property management for families who would rather lease than sell their home during short-term international relocation.
Over the past year, Campbell nearly doubled the size of the Energy Realty office while also expanding her brokerage services to include staging and marketing homes valued within the $400,000 to $1 million range.
Immediately following Hurricane Harvey, Campbell and her team jumped to Houston’s aid, counseling homeowners and helping many of them sell their houses off the market for no commission so they could focus on rebuilding their lives.
Even though her own homes and office flooded, Campbell put her needs aside and set up a temporary office for the company. “We really wanted to help people with our services, not take money from them,” she says. “My agents and I continue to help people with remodeling advice, selling homes, leasing homes and finding new ones for them to purchase after the flood.”
Campbell has earned the GRI designation and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Over her 14 years in real estate, she has been featured in Oprah magazine and House Beautiful magazine, named a Five Star Professional and listed as a Top Agent in Top Agent magazine.
Campbell is a member of the Greater Houston Luxury Group, the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and the Houston Relocation Network, as well as a volunteer with Kids Meal. She is also a proud mother, grandmother and continues to travel the world with stops in Portugal, Milan and Switzerland last year.
