Campbell, a Montana native, has lived in both Africa and Europe and understands the challenges of moving to a foreign country. When she relocated to Houston in 2005, she realized she had unique insight to offer expatriates coming to the U.S., and she quickly became the go-to agent for international clients moving to Houston.
In 2012, with seven years of real estate experience and a broker’s license under her belt, Campbell founded Energy Realty, and she’s since grown it into the Eldridge Parkway powerhouse it is today. One reason for Energy Realty’s success is her determination to serve as each client’s resource, guide and friend — from the first meeting until long after contracts have been signed. Campbell prides herself on keeping current with the industry’s latest trends, and she’s adamant that every agent on her team have impeccable marketing and negotiation skills, as well as real-time market knowledge and cutting-edge training.
Continuing education is another cornerstone of Campbell’s high-level offering. She’s been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and a licensed broker associate since 2010, and she holds Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designations. Additionally, while she isn’t a certified stager, she’s become accomplished at the practice, and her elegant staging often commands top dollar.
Outside of real estate, Campbell is a woman of many passions, one of which is her family. She’s the proud mother of three driven, successful adults and the doting grandmother of two. To unwind, she enjoys a hike, bike ride or workout. And, ever the world traveler, Campbell keeps up on her French and loves to visit new places.
