Throughout her 33-year nursing career, Sugra Shaik was always interested in real estate investing. As she continued along that path, she discovered her true passion was in real estate and chose to build a new career as a Realtor. Now, with four years in the business and multiple awards, she couldn’t be happier with her decision.

For Shaik, helping first-time homebuyers and single moms achieve homeownership is especially gratifying, and she has many fond memories of seeing clients empowered to purchase property that they never thought they could. Ethics and integrity top the list of Shaik’s values, along with maintaining a client-centric, relationship-driven business style. “I operate with honesty, integrity and transparency, earning the trust and respect of my clients through ethical business practices,” Shaik says. Most of her clients come from networking and referrals.

“I use a variety of tech tools to streamline processes, enhance the client experience and stay ahead in the competitive market,” Shaik says. “Just some of the key tech I use includes CRM software to manage client interactions, digital marketing tools, electronic signature platforms and social media.”

In 2023, Shaik earned her Luxury Home Certification and Luxury Property Specialist certification. Recognized locally as one of Houston’s top 10 agents, she also earned Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle award in 2023. A multimillion-dollar producer, Shaik is the No. 2 agent at the Memorial branch of Coldwell Banker Realty. In 2023, she was inducted into her company’s International Sterling Society.

Shaik counts home design and renovation among her hobbies. She even likes to do free staging for her sellers, as it brings out her passion for interior decorating. She also enjoys spending time with family and pets.
