Once again Greystar Real Estate Partners tops the list of largest Houston-Area residential property management firms by the Houston Business Journal. This list appears in the July 22 print edition of the magazine.

Greystar Real Estate Partners held on to its number one spot when ranked by number of units managed in the Houston area. With 38,909 units, Greystar stays ahead Orion Real Estate Services, number two, and Asset Plus Cos., number three.

Greystar has been around since 1993, with the intent to become a provider of world-class service in the multifamily real estate business. Their business model integrates the management, development and investment disciplines of the multifamily industry on both national and local levels.
