Mobil Steel gives back to the local community.

Mobil Steel International Inc. and its employees have been taking part in charitable events and making contributions to local charities, according to an article by UltimateSpring.com. The company has given six donations to Sagemont Church’s Helping Hands ministry, an organization that provides assistance to seniors and shut-ins. Mobil Steel is also a regular participant in the annual fundraiser for Boys and Girls Country, a Christian home provides families in crisis a safe place to stay.

“We are happy to support our employees’ volunteer efforts in the community whether through Little League sponsorships or contributions to events that raise money for outstanding causes,” Leonard A. Bedell, president and CEO of Mobil Steel, said in a press release.

Additionally, the company is also involved with the building and construction industry through its support of groups including the Associated Builders and Contractors Great Houston Scholarship Foundation, which seeks to provide support to future construction industry professionals.
