G.W. Bailey, executive director of the Sunshine Kids Foundation, thanked Gary Greene agents for their time and support during lunch at Tony's.

The Bay Area office of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene presented a check for $65,000 to the Sunshine Kids Foundation on November 27 at the Bay Oaks Country Club Golf Course. The funds were raised at the Walk the Red Carpet event held earlier this year.

Office manager Debra Blenderman said it was very rewarding to present the check to the charity that works so hard to help children diagnosed with cancer. “Their mission is to bring a little sunshine into the life of a child who has a devastating illness, and we want to continue to help the Sunshine Kids as much as possible.”

Blenderman was joined by event co-chair Dan McCarver in presenting the check to Shannon Malone, director of operations for the Sunshine Kids, and G.W. Bailey, the nonprofit’s executive director and celebrity supporter.

As part of the benefit, Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, co-owners of the brokerage, were joined by G.W. Baily in donating their time as lunch dates for bidders during the live auction. Agents Joyce Adamiak, Jeanette Dickson, Susan Maki and Michael Parker teamed up for the winning bid, and were treated to lunch at Tony’s on November 27.
