Maria Locascio with Re/Max Grand was  named Cross Creek Ranch’s 2012 Top-Producing Realtor, at a special top producer’s lunchoen.

Joining Locascio as Cross Creek Ranch top producers for new home sales in 2012 are Jimmy Franklin, Re/Max Grand; Christine Duncan, Heritage Texas Properties – Memorial; Mark Fuller, Keller Williams Memorial; Barbara Duncan, Coldwell Banker United Realtors – Mason Road; Janice Ireland, Heritage Texas Properties – Memorial; Joe Rothchild, Keller Williams Signature; Kyle Macdonnell; Re/Max Cinco Ranch and Paul Archibald, Re/Max Grand.

Last year, the top-producing group collectively generated more than $23 million in new home sales in Cross Creek Ranch.
