Houston-based homebuilder Village Builders recently opened a new model home in Harmony, a master-planned community north of downtown Houston.

The new model house – a Gilcrest home – sizes up to 3,400-square-feet and features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, according to a recent press release. The one and a half story house is representative of Village Builders’ Kingston Collection of homes, which start in price at about $429,000.

Visitors can visit the model home from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, and from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. from Tuesday – Saturday.

One highlight of the home, the release notes, is a curved wall of windows in the master suite. The room also has a master bath complete with his and her sinks, double walk in closets, a soaking tub and shower.

A spacious, open living room is complimented by a kitchen with an island and breakfast dining area. These rooms have access to an outdoor sheltered patio and grilling area.
