MRP-certified Realtor Terri Gibson
The Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Katy office is proud to announce that Realtor Terri Gibson has earned the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. The National Association of Realtors confers the MRP certification to Realtors who are interested in helping military personnel and veterans find housing solutions that best suit their needs and allow them to take full advantage of their military benefits.
Realtors with MRP certification are given resources to accommodate current and former military service members at any stage of their military careers. Terri Gibson is one of only 265 MRP-certified Realtors in the state of Texas.
“Terri has always considered it a privilege to work with and help military families,” said Tracy Bogiel, manager of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Katy office. “The MRP designation is a testament, not only to Terri’s hard work and patience, but to her dedication to helping military families as much as possible.”
Gibson, a Realtor since 2008, is a USAA MoversAdvantage® Preferred Agent and a designated senior real estate specialist (SRES) who has proudly assisted many military families over the years.
“I have a nephew in the Marines, a nephew in the Army, and one in the Navy. My father-in-law and my grandfather were in the Army. I have worked with a number of clients who retired from military service,” said Gibson. “I have a great deal of respect for military families and their service. I felt having the MRP certification would help me better serve them.
“After all these men and women have sacrificed for our country, they deserve some special treatment,” Gibson said. “If I can ease the pain and frustrations of yet another move, I am happy to help!”
