Helena Jaramillo

RE/MAX Woodlands & Spring has welcomed Helena Jaramillo to its team.

Jaramillo previously worked in hospitality and prides herself in her ability to take care of her customers’ needs.

“I have always worked in a customer service-heavy industry,” Jaramillo said. “I know if you don’t take care of your customers someone else will. And I’m not afraid to burn the midnight oil when it comes to my clients.”

Jaramillo is bilingual in Spanish and English. She said her skill set allows her to asses client needs and close sales quicker.

Danna Furnace-Grimes, director of agent services, relocation director at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring, said Jaramillo’s language skills will benefit the company.

“Many Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers also speak English, but are more comfortable doing business in their first language.” She adds,“Helena’s fluency in Spanish combined with her dedication to the customer makes her a perfect addition to our staff.”
