Houston-based Coldwell Banker United has changed its name to Coldwell Banker Realty in all of its local real estate offices, the company announced.

The change coincides with the rebranding of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC logo and aligns Coldwell Banker Realty in Texas with 700 company-owned Coldwell Banker offices across the nation.

“This exciting announcement comes at a perfect time where we are uniting our presence across the state to become one united Texas, and it allows us to leverage the powerful brand that is Coldwell Banker across the nation,” said Coldwell Banker Realty Texas President Charles El-Moussa in a press release. “The Coldwell Banker north star [branding] is more than a fresh new look; it symbolizes the guiding light we provide to sales associates who want an unparalleled level of support and technology in order to thrive, and it is also a reflection of our values and where we stand today as a leading brokerage.”

The company said the alignment will strengthen Coldwell Banker Realty’s brand presence in major metropolitan markets and enable them to harness talent and integrate marketing, products and services for agents, clients and consumers
