Balmoral’s Amenity Village was named Best Community Amenity during the 2020 Texas Association of Builder’s Texas Star Awards. 

The highlight of the eight-acre Amenity Village is Texas’ first Crystal Lagoon, featuring a kids’ cove and two white sand beaches. Other amenities include an  infinity-edge pool, club house, and food truck courtyard. In 2019, Balmoral Amenity Village was named Recreation Center of the Year in the Greater Houston Builder Association’s Best PRISM Awards.
