Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been named exclusive marketing and leasing brokerage group for Crimson, a new luxury rental community.

The appointment marks Douglas Elliman’s first venture into the Texas high-end rental market.

Located in River Oaks, the 14-story Crimson is situated on two-and-a-half acres and features a private swimming pool, bar, library, art gallery and fitness and yoga center.

Crimson offers 295 residences with 47 floor plans, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and 14 penthouses. Rentals start at $2,770.
