Michael Harrington is a vice president of mortgage lending at Guaranteed Rate, one of the largest retail mortgage lenders in the United States.

Located just outside Houston in Katy, Texas, Harrington holds over two decades of mortgage industry experience in which he’s developed strong long-term relationships with thousands of families and real estate agents across the state. He also recently began working with builders inside Houston’s loop neighborhoods, growing the townhome platform amongst gentrifying areas.

Consistently ranking within the top 1% of mortgage originators nationwide, Harrington focuses on strong communication, problem solving and providing the best possible loan experience to his clients.

Harrington lives with his beautiful wife and four children in the community of Katy. He is a recreational pilot and plays drums for his local church. He is also involved in numerous non-profits including World Vision, KCM, Compassion International, Wycliffe Bible Translation, and The Ballard House.
