Multifamily developer Fein has announced the opening of The Canopy at Springwoods Village, a luxury garden-style multifamily property at 1800 Spring Stuebner in Spring.
Situated on a 17.44-acre tract within Springwoods Village, a $10-billion, 1,800-acre, mixed-use community, The Canopy features direct sidewalk access to the Regency Centers’ Kroger-anchored Market at Springwoods Village retail, dining and recreational facilities as well as bike trail access to all of Springwoods Village’s major employment centers – ExxonMobil, HP, the future HPE headquarters, ABS, Southwestern Energy and the CHI St Luke’s medical campus.
The two- and three- story apartment community, designed by Steinberg Dickey Collaborative and constructed by Westchase Construction, features 332 units, with a selection of efficiency and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, and several one- and three- bedroom townhomes.
Residences range in size from 552 square feet to 1,705 square feet and rents begin at under $1,000 per month and range up to $2,170 with some opening specials available.
Amenities include a club area with a billiards and ping pong, a fitness center, a yoga studio and adjoining kids’ room, golf simulator room, a university-style library and a large outdoor covered patio. Outdoors, The Canopy features a reflection garden with an Edward Lee Hendricks public art sculpture and a canopy of trees as well as a pool with sun shelves and poolside cabanas, all overlooking a central, 1.5-acre lake surrounded by a walk/ jog trail.
The Canopy at Springwoods Village is Fein’s third multifamily property developed within the community.
