Residential agents and buyers can begin taking advantage of a new property inventory platform recently launched by Howard Hughes Corp.
The prop-tech software, named Runway, applies information technology and platform economics to real estate markets, according to a press release.
Master-planned communities Bridgeland and the Woodlands Hills are the first major residential communities in Texas to implement the system.
Runway was created to serve as a one-stop shop for buyers and agents. Buyers can virtually customize lots, choose preferred locations and create home layouts, eliminating the hours previously required to drive to in-person visits for such customization, the release noted.
The platform manages the process across plans, elevations, color selections and lot fits. It also enables agents to access real-time inventory to begin the purchase process at a moment’s notice.
“Runway is revolutionizing the way we do business in Bridgeland and the Woodlands Hills, elevating the consumer experience by making sales easier, more seamless and less stressful for all parties involved,” said Heath Melton, executive vice president of MPC residential for Howard Hughes. “Buying a new home in Bridgeland and the Woodlands Hills has never been easier, and we’re excited to be the first master-planned communities in Texas to offer this innovative technology.”
Real estate agents can create ready-to-purchase home and lot packages with accurate pricing so they can sell to their clients with confidence without waiting to find out whether a lot, home or exterior combination is available. Agents can also initiate sales via the platform and create and share customized inventory lists, allowing for real-time feedback from the client.
The Runwayapp “connects the community’s top-producing Realtors with an up-to-date inventory of available lots, move-in ready homes, model homes, interactive maps, home and lot matching and digital assets. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, online sales can be initiated by Realtors at any time, and they can set up viewings from their fingertips,” according to the release.
In addition, builders can use the platform to securely share 2-D and 3-D property data and assets, publish to leading property portals and enable third-party sales agents to sell on the builders’ behalf.
It is the Runaway app ready to be use? I try to look for but was not available
