Coventry Homes announced plans to expand into the Magnolia community of Escondido, where it will offer more extensive floor plans priced from the mid $300,000s. Sales launched this week, according to a press release. 

Residents will have a choice between 17 home designs on 60-foot sites. 

“It’s important to us that our buyers have choices,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. “With larger homesites, they can have the bigger backyard they’ve always dreamed of. Our flexible floor plans offer numerous options so they can further configure their homes to fit their lifestyles.”

Planned amenities include catch-and-release fishing in the community lake, a shaded pavilion and a large park with a children’s playground. 

Located on the historic Escondido Ranch site, the 150-acre community offers easy access to The Woodlands, Conroe and major employers along the Energy Corridor.
