Coventry Homes recently launched sales of new homes in Dunham Pointe, a master-planned community in Cypress. The builder is offering designs for 50- and 70-foot sites, according to a press release. 

Homes on 50-foot sites are priced from the upper $300,000s, while homes on 70-foot sites are selling from the upper $500,000s.

Sales have already been strong, according to Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes. More than 20 sales were recorded stemming from a single VIP pre-sales event.

“We knew sales in Dunham Pointe would be strong out the gate,” Blackburn said in the release. “We have a great lineup of floor plans. They are thoughtfully designed to maximize livability, energy-efficient and located in a community guaranteed to help families thrive.”

Seventeen home designs are available for the 50-foot sites, with floor plans ranging from 1,739 to 3,336 square feet. These designs feature up to five bedrooms, four bathrooms, flex rooms, entertainment lofts, island kitchens and two-car garages.

The builder is offering 15 designs for homes on the 70-foot sites. Ranging in size from 2,693 to 4,579 square feet, these homes boast primary suites with bow windows, studies, game rooms, covered patios, media rooms and three-car garages.

Additional options include Texas-sized patios, outdoor kitchens, coffered ceilings, fireplaces and garage extensions.
