Johnson Development will showcase more than 100 model homes throughout Houston during the company’s annual Best of the ‘Burbs home tour in April and May.

Despite fluctuating housing inventory levels, the company also expects to feature approximately 250 homes for sale in the tour’s 13 participating communities. Pricing for new homes ranges from the $300,000s to more than $1 million.

“Many of the model homes on the tour reflect what today’s buyers are looking for in home design: efficient workspaces, relaxing outdoor areas and multi-functional rooms for entertaining,” said Christen Johnson, senior vice president of marketing for Johnson Development. “And for those looking to move this year, our builders have a number of available homes to view. Serious buyers should not hesitate, though homes are selling quickly.”

Participating in the tour are Amira in Tomball; Candela, Harvest Green and Veranda in Richmond; Cross Creek Ranch, Cross Creek West and Jordan Ranch in Fulshear; Edgewater in Webster; Grand Central Park in Conroe; Imperial and Riverstone in Sugar Land; Sienna in Missouri City; and Woodforest in South Montgomery County.
