Moni Bohnisch fled her home country of Lebanon amid a civil war in 1976. In hopes of finding a better life, she made Houston her second home and was struck by its vibrancy and friendly people. Through this challenging experience, Bohnisch learned what it takes to thrive in new situations and environments, turning obstacles into opportunities.

After receiving her undergraduate degree in accounting, Bohnisch started her career managing foreign financial investments. From there, she founded a self-funded production company and, after selling that business in 2002, began assisting a group of international investors with the expansion of their Houston health care facility overseas.

Eventually, Bohnisch obtained her real estate license and for more than 20 years, she has been a top producer. In 2021, Bohnisch was ranked the No. 1 Douglas Elliman agent in Texas. In 2022, she was ranked the No. 3 luxury agent in the Houston Business Journal’s Residential Real Estate Awards. She attributes her success to her high energy, determination, tenacity and courage: traits which she forged throughout her varied career.

Bohnisch is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the Houston Association of REALTORS®. She is also involved in numerous charitable organizations and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
