Real estate company New Again Houses® has opened its 39th location in South Houston. The new location will be led by Ashish and Andrea Ghotekar, who will serve as the franchise owners of New Again Houses – Brazoria County.

New Again Houses® buys old or run-down homes in cash and modernizes them through full remodels. Their franchises across the U.S. are run by local entrepreneurs as small businesses, giving franchise owners access to New Again Houses® support and resources.
