Howard Hughes Corporation announced that early childhood education provider Kids R Kids will open a preschool at its Bridgeland master-planned community.
The two-story, 20,000-square-foot early-childhood education facility will be located at the corner of Tuckerton Road and Westgreen Boulevard in the Parkland Village neighborhood of Bridgeland. Upon completion, the school will be one of the largest preschools in the state.
Kids R Kids will serve children as young as six weeks old using its First Class Curriculum and “Hug First, Then Teach” philosophy. It will also offer before- and after-school care for elementary school-aged children. Bridgeland resident EJ Davis is the owner of the school, which is accepting applications for summer 2024.
“Safety, quality education and fun are the cornerstones of Kids R Kids,” Davis said in a news release. “As a Bridgeland resident, I am invested in the well-being of our community and the education provided to our children. We look forward to bringing Kids R Kids’ personalized approach to education and our low student-to-teacher ratio to Bridgeland.”
Kids R Kids will join several existing public schools that are in the planning stages or already open at Bridgeland, as well as The Goddard School, Cypress Christian School and the charter school Harmony Public School.
