Cross Creek Ranch broke ground on its final amenity complex, The Landing. The four-acre lakeside property was designed by Studio Red and is expected to open to residents next summer.

“Located in our last 300 acres to be developed, this will be our final large amenity complex for Cross Creek Ranch,” said Rob Bamford, senior vice president and general manager of the Johnson Development community. “Like our other recreation centers, it will be a place to relax, rejuvenate and connect with other Cross Creek Ranch residents.”

Located across from Viola Randle Elementary, The Landing will feature the master-planned community’s fourth pool, as well as tennis courts, play structures, a clubhouse and open green spaces.

Cross Creek Ranch recently ranked among the top-selling master planned communities in the nation for the 12th year in a row. Approximately 700 homes are still planned for development, with prices ranging from $300,000 to over $1 million.
