Multifamily developer Wood Partners broke ground on its newest residential community, Alta Grandway. The Katy development is located at 2110 Grandway Drive, adjacent to I-10.

“We are thrilled to break ground on Alta Grandway,” said Bart Barrett, managing director for Wood Partners. “The community’s location offers prospective residents a reasonable cost of living, access to exceptional nearby employment opportunities, and is zoned to the award-winning school district, Katy ISD.”

Upon completion, Alta Grandway will include 336 garden-style apartments, with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. All units will include stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, wood-style flooring, carpeted bedrooms and in-unit washer and dryers.

Pre-leasing is expected to begin next year, with resident move-in planned for May 2024.
