Define Living shared plans for a 260-unit multifamily development in Houston.

The development, called Define Living at Brittmoore, is located at 1888 Brittmoore Road, just off Interstate 10. The project consists of four midrise buildings containing one- and two-bedroom apartments. All units will feature nine-foot ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, wooden cabinetry, walk-in closets and in-unit washers and dryers.

We are elevating the well-being of our tenants by creating a space for them to rent, live and thrive.”

Developers say on-site amenities were designed with four main pillars in mind: body, foods, mind and life. Residents will have access to a fitness center, lap pool, community herb garden, yoga room, clubhouse, courtyard and dog park, as well as monthly wellness events including cooking classes, mindfulness workshops and exercise classes. Additional onsite services will include valet trash pickup, concierge services and product rental for items like vacuums or gaming consoles.

Define Living is currently in the pre-leasing stage.
