The Howard Hughes Corporation is welcoming J. Patrick Homes as the ninth homebuilder for its Conroe master-planned community, The Woodlands Hills.

J. Patrick Homes will begin construction on 70-foot homesites in October. The builder will offer one- and two-story homes across 24 floor plans. Pricing will begin at $590,000, with numerous customizations and upgrades available for each design.
