Terrata Homes, the luxury arm of LGI Homes, is now building in Sunterra, a master-planned community in Katy.

Terrata will offer six home designs in Sunterra, ranging in size from 1,593 to 2,281 square feet. Both one- and two-story plans will be available with up to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. All homes also feature stainless-steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, white cabinetry, vinyl plank flooring and two-car garages.

All Sunterra residents have access to a wide range of luxury amenities, including the Sol Club Crystal Lagoon and the Retreat amenity complex.
