Corcoran is welcoming a new franchise into its Houston family. Nicole and Doug Freer will now serve as the owners of Corcoran Genesis, the latest Corcoran franchise in the Houston area. The company previously strengthened its presence in the greater Houston area with the addition of Corcoran Prestige Realty last October.

After beginning her real estate career in 2013, Nicole Freer founded the Nicole Freer Group in 2015 alongside her husband, Doug, whose professional background is in finance, real estate investment and business management. Comprising 14 agents and numerous support staff, the Nicole Freer Group will now operate under Corcoran Genesis as they continue to assist clients in Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, League City, Sugar Land, Kingwood and other Houston suburbs.

The team will continue to operate under the Corcoran Genesis banner out of its existing office in Katy.
