Johnson Development was founded in 1975 by Larry Johnson and today is one of the nation’s leading residential and commercial land developers. 

The company employes about 100 industry professionals and has 21 projects under active development in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and Atlanta. These communities represent more than 80,000 residential units and 16.7 million square feet of retail and commercial space on 47,500 acres. 

Johnson Development has also preserved or planted nearly 2 million trees within its developments.
