Wendy Cook has been with Chicago Title Houston since 2004 and is responsible for business development within The Woodlands community. With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in multiple industries including banking, new home sales and the title industry, Cook has unique insight into all sides of a transaction. She understands her clients’ needs and business strategies, and uses her passion for learning innovative sales tactics and solutions to help her clients achieve their desired goals.

Cook’s passion for her community and for business development has been the catalyst for her success. She has received many awards recognizing her accomplishments and contributions to the company, including the Chicago Title Million Dollar Club, Recognition of Excellence Award in Residential Sales and the Top Producer Award for four consecutive years (2020-2023). 

In addition, Cook has been recognized on a national level by Chicago Title Houston’s parent company, Fidelity National Financial, at the FNTG Top 10% Awards for Residential Sales & Escrow for the past four years.

Cook is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications and remains active in the alumni association. She is a member of the Junior League of The Woodlands and The Dachshund Rescue of Houston. 

A resident of The Woodlands for over 20 years, Cook, her husband, Mark, and their daughter enjoy traveling, music venues and time with family and friends.
