ERA Real Estate announced its affiliation with ERA EXPERTS. The firm, formerly known as Austin Real Estate Experts, is headquartered in Austin with an additional office in Houston.

ERA EXPERTS will remain under the leadership of co-owners Matt Menard and Greg Young, who founded the firm in 2013. Menard, a second-generation Realtor, earned his license in 1983 while attending the University of Texas at Austin and began his career full time after graduating. Young obtained his license in 2007 after spending his early professional years in law enforcement and commercial aviation.

“We knew we wanted to increase our capabilities without sacrificing [our] reputation, and affiliating with ERA Real Estate allows us to do exactly that,” Young said in a press release. “Our primary goal has always been to help our clients by expertly guiding them through the process. As an ERA affiliated company, we will now be even better positioned to deliver on that promise.”
