Pearland-based Tevas Real Estate Group is now affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate. The brokerage, now known as Century 21 Tevas, will remain under the leadership of founders Jose Torres and Louis Vargas.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Torres joined the real estate industry in 2017. He has two master’s degrees in business administration and finance and currently serves as a weekly contributor to the Real Estate Insights radio show in Houston.

Vargas, meanwhile, earned his real estate license at the age of 22 and started his career as a real estate-owned agent with large banks. Today, he oversees onboarding and education for Tevas, including leading the brokerage’s 15-week in-person education program.

Now, as a Century 21-affiliated brokerage, Torres and Vargas hope to expand their outreach to Angleton, Lake Jackson, League City and Richmond.

“2024 was a year of major change in the real estate industry, however, through it all, the Century 21 brand remained the consistent, trusted brand that it always has been,” Torres said in a press release. “This kind of reliability is extremely important to us, as we strive to be that same reliable resource for our clients.”
