Nan and Company Properties recently added four agents: JD Adamson, Theresa Roemer, Chanel Chapman and Matt Issa.

Roemer — who went viral in the early 2010s for her three-story closet — is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in design, house flipping and high-end investment management. She joins the industry with a “powerful personal network,” Nan and Company said.

Adamson was formerly affiliated with Douglas Elliman. The longtime Houston agent reaches over $20 million in annual transaction volume.

Chapman and Issa, meanwhile, were previously with Compass.
