Robert Smiley joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene is pleased to announce the addition of Realtor Robert Smiley to their Cy-Fair office.  Smiley, a former residential construction manager and general contractor, is building his career by focusing on the Cypress and Katy markets.

For Smiley, the move to real estate is a natural career progression in an industry he loves.  “Now, rather than working strictly for one builder, I am able to offer my clients the right home in the best community to meet their individual needs,” he said.  “For me, being a Realtor is really all about helping people. I love getting to know my customers and helping them find and own their perfect home.”

Smiley worked as a new home sales representative from 2000 – 2009 for the Coles Crossing, Stillwater Village, and Towne Lake neighborhoods in Cypress and can offer clients extensive background and unique insight into the area.  Smiley and his family have lived in Cypress for eleven years.

Smiley and his wife, an interior decorator, enjoy remodeling, improving and reselling homes as a hobby. Smiley is an avid gardener and has written many articles about gardening on the Gulf Coast. He even offers landscape advice and a list of recommended plants to assist his customers who may be moving from other climates and may be unsure of what will flourish in the Houston climate.
